We consult on your design & development requirements and, if needed, provide 3D modelling, CAD design, fabrication drawing, and conceptual design.
Upon completion of manufacture drawings, these are sent for approval before the manufacturing process begins.
Our vast experience with urban development and huge database make our solutions ideal, and the design phase an ease.
Manufacture & Fabrication
Once the drawings are approved, the steel manufacturing starts in our 5000 sq ft plant. We house the capacity, and technology to apply techniques of quality steelwork. Some of which include:
- Cutting (laser, waterjet, plasma, manual)
- Bending, Sheering, Rolling
- Welding, Grinding, Machining
Upon production, a desired finish is applied. These include Powder Coating, Spray Painting, Sand Blasting (uniform matte texture), Buff Polishing, or a raw finish.
